4. Order

The order becomes final upon payment confirmation. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

5. Production and Delivery Times

• Production time: 1 to 3 days after order confirmation.
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 days depending on destination and carrier (mainly UPS or La Poste).

COQUELICOT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

No returns or refunds will be accepted except in cases of defective products.

7. Defective Products

In case of damaged or non-conforming products, the customer must contact COQUELICOT within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

A replacement or refund will be offered after verification of the issue.

8. Liability
